Blue Velvet

This "vintage" clothing shop is found on Guadalupe Street, in Austin, across from the University of Texas. The center display was rotating. I tried stopping the motion with a higher shutter speed and letting it blur. I think the "frozen" shot is too static, even though the "motion" isn't really obvious in this one.
