@Walt: In the bird world, a crow is one of my favorite birds. These birds get their livelihoods from people on the Riverwalk, so they are indifferent to human presence. No particular speed or preparation was required to take their picture.
They seem to be having a fun time.

@Rags: They are dependent on the kindness of strangers, so to speak. I imagine that the restaurant owners consider them to be a nuisance. I feel sorry for them myself.
