A recent addition to my fire hydrant "collection." I don't know what it is about this particular object --the fire hydrant; perhaps its ubiquitousness challenges me to make an interesting image. I think I did, once, but I'm not so sure about my subsequent attempts. I found this fire hydrant along the channel in Port O'Conner, Texas.

@Johnny Soedomo: Thanks. Nikon D80. Post processed with Photomatix (hdr), rotated to add tension and remove an object in the background top left, then tweaked in Photoshop to increase midtone contrast (which actually punched up the image a little more over the hdr processing).
Wow that's a really contrasting picture! Very nice!
