Neighborhood Cat

This cat drives my dog nuts when he's inside the house and sees it passing by a window. Mr. Cat was already living in the area when we moved in. He goes just about anywhere he wants. A couple of years ago someone driving through the neighborhood stopped and rang our door bell to tell us there was a cat on our roof. They had a hard time believing me when I tried to tell them that he gets up and down from the roof on his own, without any problem. Although we feed him, as do others in the neighborhood, no one claims him for their own, so he is truly a neighborhood cat.
