3 Dead Catfish

This seemed a strange sight to me. Three dead catfish in the shape of a cross. In the thirty minutes or more I spent in the area their position never changed, as if they were tethered in place. There is probably some ordinary explanation for how they came to be there; but all the explanations I can think of are weird ones.
