What can I say? Evidence that someone watched "Wag the Dog?" Or is this evidence for the truth of some urban folktale? Is it true that a sight like this has special significance for the properly initiated, leaving the rest of us to guess at meaning or to remain oblivious? Does this mark a boundary or advertise a territory? I don't know, do you?
