My son dodges the camera as we wander around 6th Street, in Austin, waiting for the Halloween festivities to begin. One son will let me take all the photos I want. The other is harder to photograph than a hummingbird.

@Daroru: Thank you. I took this shot several years ago but I've always liked it. The original file needed some work but I could do more with it now than I could back then. The only thing is, I'm somewhat hesitant about posting archive files like this one --it feels sort of like a cop-out when I don't produce new images for the site.
I understand what you mean, done it myself a few times. But at the end of the day - it's your blog, to do with as you please! (that's what I tell myself anyway...)
