@Mohsen Daneshvar: Thank you. Thanks for stopping by.
Wow look at the texture. Did you open the door, or it was open already?

@Amir: Yes, I guess due to local contrast enhancement, the HDR process really brought out the texture in these old car shots. The door was open. I wasn't sure of my situation when taking these photos. I was getting some strange looks from people in the junkyard, so I stayed off their property. Of course, by law, you can photograph anything visible from a public space. I could have gotten better photos if I'd gone onto the property, but I was on my way to a meeting, and didn't want to ask permission and get into a discussion about why I was taking pictures.
Look at that color!! Fantastic image!

@Stephanie: Thank you.
These great vehicles are just waiting to be brought back to life, they look great to me.

@Richard_Irwin: Thank you. They may indeed be intended for restoration.
Great HDR...old rusty vehicle do work great for this technique!

@Shar: Thank you. Yes, I'm guessing it is at least partially due to local contrast enhancement, and the effect on texture.
another cool photo this and yesterday's both have great colors and details

@Double KK Photography: Thank you. I think these are about the best results I've managed from the HDR process to date. I see some great HDR stuff from other photographers, but even though I've read a bit about the process, I don't seem to able to produce the full range of results I see others getting.
These really are so amazing and great results from the HDR... far better than I've gotten as yet. Practice practice practice!! LOL

@amy: Thank you. That's funny though, because I look around at the HDR work of other photographers and wonder what they are doing to produce results that I don't seem able to duplicate. I think you're right about practice, but I also think we have to learn to add experimentation to the mix.
