Took a drive around the small Texas down of Bandera --which claims to be the Cowboy capital of the world-- and spotted a back yard full of wild deer in the main residential neighborhood along the river.

@Amir: Didn't like have their picture taken. Altogether there were six or seven deer in this backyard. I tried not to disturb them, but I guess I took too many photos and they got up to leave before I finished. I'll be posting some other photos from this encounter in the future.

@Carson: Thank you. With this long lens, shooting hand held from inside a car (afraid to get out and frighten them away), the shutter speed was still pretty low even at ISO 400, and I got a lot of blurry shots. I probably got for unusable shot for every decent one.
