@Amir: I took several shots and my biggest problem was with the metering --same as with the building.
I really like the effect and the shadows, created by the bus lights, your experiments are working very well Twelvebit.

@MaryB: Thank you. I played with this one cropped --top and bottom-- but of course you lose the shadows at the bottom. More importantly though, the crop changed the balance of the shot in a way I didn't like as much.
I like the grainy look, it reflects the night and the darkness.
