Is this the replica of Capitol Hill in D.C. Very much like it indeed.

@Amir: I don't know the history of this building, but it wouldn't surprise me.
This looks good the white stands out nicely. i've been wanting to do some night shots with a new tripod that I got. Did you use a tripod?

@JoeB: I see where you got a photo published at File Magazine. I thought your work would fit there.
Yes, I used a tripod on this one. I was actually taking portraits with the capitol in the background. I started out hand held, but of course, at ISO 200 the background was blurry --an ok effect for a portrait if that's what you want. Then I took some shots on the tripod --more limiting than I like for portraits but necessary for a sharp background. Note, this shot was at ISO 200 with a shutter speed of 1/6 sec.
Great shot. The lighting is superb

@standley: Thank you and thanks for stopping by. You have a very interesting blog by-the-way.
Very powerful shot....much stronger than your image of day before yesterday!

@Shar: Thank you. I agree that it's a much better shot than the other. What isn't obvious from the posting here is how much detail a 10 MP camera can provide. I can zoom in on the windows and see what is in the offices. This detail breaks down much sooner at 3200 ISO.
Simply an amazing shot!
