I took this one in a London park almost 30 years ago. It was scanned from a transparency, probably Ektachrome 200, since that's the slide film I shot most (and I didn't take the transparency out of the holder to find out). Unfortunately, I can't remember exactly where I took it --Hyde Park maybe?

Still a nice composition with the canopy of the trees and the folks enjoying the park on a beautiful day.

@Gary: Thanks. I was surprised by the overall color and the look of the trees when I zoomed in --but especially some of the film color.
When I was little my dad used to take me to Hyde Park in London. I loved to run after pigeons. This image reminds me of my childhood

@Amir: Does this look like Hyde Park to you? I'm not sure of the location, but for some reason --either good or bad memory-- I've long associated this photo with Hyde Park (though it could be because my wife and I honeymooned in Europe and went to Hyde Park and I've mixed up memories).
It's nice to see that it's held up over time, I'm always thinking of going through all my old negs.

@JoeB: Most of the stuff I've scanned so far has been in good condition. Even slides my father took back in the 40's --but those seem to have accumulated a lot of dirt. Anything I scanned with my previous film scanner that had dirt required a lot of cleanup in Photoshop. My new scanner uses infrared to detect dirt particles and is supposed to clean them out of the image automatically. It seems to work pretty well on what I've scanned so far, but I haven't put it to the test with some of those really dirty transparencies of my father's.
