What spectacular colours there! Well-contrasted with the strong industrial silhouettes.

@Daroru: Thank you. What I couldn't get over when I looked at this image on the monitor --something I didn't see at all when I took the shot-- is how much those objects "on the fence" in the background look like guitars hanging there --sort of like a wall at music store.
The effect of sunset is multiplied with the foreground subject. Beautiful

@Amir: Thanks. Once the light started to fade I had to keep cranking the ISO up. I waited for the light to be what I wanted and after a very short time it was over.
The last effects of the sun has created a brilliant yellow. Check this site I think his stuff is fantastic. martinbuday.com

@JoeB: He seems to favor subjects like you do. I recognize many of the places in his photos from my last time in Savannah --a beautiful city, one of the most enjoyable I've visited here in the US.
Well done.

@JoeB: Check out this guy's Flickr groups --some of them are HDR related. The "True Tone High Dynamic Range" group had a threat on hdr freeware. I didn't catch what platform it was for.
very nice, I like the silhouette effect.

@Bob: Thanks. Personally, I don't find these insulators very interesting in normal light, but I do find their shapes interesting.
Great shot, I like how the fence is actually visible in the foreground.

@bm: Thanks. I was right up to the fence but I couldn't get an angle that let me see through without part of the fence in the shot. Once I saw it on the LCD screen though, I decided it wasn't a problem and that it added a certain balance.
