Mmmmm....Haggis. Isn't this everyone's favorite treat? And anyway, how can you have any puddin' if you don't eat your meat? I shot this shop window on transparency film way back in the late 70's.

@Daroru: I don't know, maybe the Mexican tripas --or grilled intestines? Or menudo --not the boy band-- a soup made from cow stomach, and very popular here in South Texas --though not with me, particularly as I don't think our beef here is as safe as beef in Japan.
