It's been a good ten years since I last had the opportunity to travel in Europe. Back then all I had was a 1 MP digital camera and 8 MB memory cards. I had a lot of memory cards but they filled up pretty quickly taking 1 MP shots on a vacation, so I shot most everything at 640x480. Hence the small size. They made tolerable 4x6 prints, but that's about it. We happened to be in Munich during Oktoberfest so I assume this "farmer" was there to amuse tourists, and not really bringing his poultry to market.

@Gary: I especially loved some of the smaller towns like Freiburg. I loved being someplace where there was an actual public life --not just a "city" or "downtown" area that is vacated after 5 PM.
