@MadScientist: That's an interesting way of looking at it --density. I hadn't thought of it in those terms, but now that you mention it and I think about it, I probably seek a certain amount of density in the frame whenever I'm taking photos. I guess I have an inclination to stuff an image with detail and tend to shy away from the simple sparse shots. Tune in next week for more of these shots using the tripod at low ISO.

I used to be a maintenance supervisor and operations supervisor at different power plants, but now I work on the transmission side of the electric utility industry. My office is on this plant's property but I don't work in the plant itself.
