Turning to the left from yesterday's shot, and pointing the camera at the plant building. Another three exposure HDR shot.

Now, this is the kinda HDR work that I like . . you have used the added file info without the image looking false and ‘manipulated’. Well done!

@Ronnie 2¢: Thank you. When I first started with HDR I usually over did it. Going forward I've found I like it better when the effect is not obvious. A good test is when someone has to ask if it's an HDR image, rather than being able to call it one with confidence. In fact, I've found that with some images, I can actually get what I want with just a little tweaking, and no HDR.

Love this HDR thing - amazing how the simplest image can become so dramatic. This is really well composed too!

oh cool. great shot! one of my favorites in this series. i also like that it's not super obvious that you used hdr, some hdr shots are too overblown for my taste. well done!

@danthro: Yes, I'm pulling back to a more conservative approach with HDR. At a minimum I want to prevent "halos" and the typical contrast reduction. Reading some of the HDR groups on Flickr is a big help.
