First, let me apologize for being so unresponsive lately. Between being out of town and then being sick, I doubt I'd even have found the energy to post if I hadn't processed a number of shots and pre-posted them a couple weeks ago. I'll be trying to catch up with comments and looking at the work of some of the many splendid photographers here on Animus as the week wears on.

There's a great illustration-like quality to this one.

@Daroru: Thank you.
Love this! I completely agree with Ronnie 2¢, the foreground adds so much to this. Love the composition, light, and tones. Very well done!

@MadScientist: Thanks. I finally got around to sending you a reply to your email today.
A dramatic image overall but I have a preference for the foreground.

@Michael Skorulski: At the time I was just seeking balance and my intended subject was the generators. But after seeing the images enlarged on the computer I agree with you and I like the foreground part of the image best, especially the texture.
neat shot. nice perspective. especially like the texture on the wood in front.

@danthro: That wasn't apparent to me at the time on my little LCD display, but once I saw the images on the computer I have to agree. The foreground texture is my favorite part of the image.
Luminous.

I feel like we are sneaking in the back way...the area where only employees are allowed!

@Shar: Well, we are, though really, I was already inside.
I love the colours and the composition in this shot. The thumbnail looks like a grand castle or a beautiful landscape, yet it is a pleasant surprise to see this image appear.
