I've only looked over the railing down to the cooling water pump intake once before, over a year ago. I don't remember these chairs being there, but I suppose this spot is a night place to take a break along the river, or do a bit of fishing. This photo shows the part of the structure that is to the left of yesterday's image.

@JoeB: I wouldn't have even bothered taking a photo if the chairs hadn't been there. I don't think they were there the last time I looked over this railing, some months ago.
