@Daroru: I don't know, he appeared to be completely emotionless, even when I had my camera lens about six inches from his face.
the lizard blends in really well with the pavement camouflage like, very nice.

@Mortola: Almost too well for his own good. He was still there about an hour after I took this when my son and his wife came over, and I was worried they might not notice and step on him. They didn't, though.
nice. you moved in a little and he seems a little more eager to pounce.

@e nelsonian: I don't think I can apply "eager" to describe anything about him. I never saw him move or even blink.
this one's cool too. great light, detail, dof. but i like the first one better -- works better with my story. :)
