@Jerry: We've taken several cruises and enjoyed them all. It sort of depends on what your aiming for; a cruise is a pleasant way to travel but it may not be the best way to see the world.

@JoeB: I actually can't remember when this shot fell in the sequence of events. The earlier shot of the four on the rail, from the front, was one of the first shots. I think the four broke up and then they got this model ready for some individual shots, as they are doing here. I definitely made this guy unhappy though.
why is it i find myself feeling incredibly sorry for the people in these latest photos...

@danthro: I suppose it's somewhat a matter of perspective. I can see it as you suggest, but it can also just be an "experience" if processed in the right way, and not necessarily a "failure." But both sides of the camera here are very competitive, so there is bound to be a lot of disappointment.
