OH, is this really the final shot from the rear of the ship? My concentration is a bit deterred is that water in the background? When I'm near an ocean I stand on my tippy toes too.

@JoeB: I don't know how they were being shot --I'm guessing from above the ankles, and that he had them stand on their tip toes to simulate the smoothing and sculpting effect of wearing heels.

@alex centrella: Thanks. The lighting was better for the single blond model though because on those shots the photographer had an assistant holding a gold reflector close by.
