Shame about the fence,are the heads on a visit from the Easter islands ?

@Anthony Lambert: I couldn't get a shot without the fence unless I trespassed. And then I wouldn't have been able to line up the mower with the idols. I don't know what the story on these heads is, but there were four more of them not pictured. I don't know if they make them at this place or just distribute them.
I shall disagree with Anthony, as the fence gives it a special feel, notion of confinement

@danthro: I don't really know. My guess is that they cast these figures as a sideline to something else they do. They might have bought them, but while I see one here and there from time to time, I've never seen so many in one place.
