Macro Filter Test 2

This was shot with the +10 filter. I've never used any macro filters before so I don't know exactly what to expect, but there appears to be quite a bit of distortion away from the center of the image --and I'm not talking about the narrow DOF, which is expected. I don't know if it's because the filter is cheap or because of the combination of focal length and magnification. Ultimately, I suppose, the only way I'm going to find out is to try a more expensive filter.
