Great-Tailed Grackle

I tried to catch up with comments and viewing at the end of the week but I didn't make it. Normally I catch up on the weekend but I couldn't make that this week either. Thanks to those of you who are viewing or leaving comments. I hope to catch up by Tuesday or Wednesday.

I think I got the name wrong on this one, and I changed it from Common Grackle to Great-tailed Grackle.

@Daryl: Thanks. I discovered this day that my cheapo 70-300 lens doesn't auto focus with my D40.

@Morgane: I was struggling to focus manually and keep him in the frame. He was too happy about being photographed.

@MadScientist: He actually did as a matter of fact. I was fiddling with the focus ring. Turns out my cheapo 70-300mm lens doesn't auto focus with a D40. No wonder it's so light.
