Unidentified Bird

@MadScientist: Since they're called "European" Starlings you wouldn't think so, but according to my bird guide, they range all over North America. What throws me is the brown on the wings from this angle. From the front he looks black with white spots, very munch like a Starling except for the head color, which in my guide, doesn't show as different than the breast color.

@Philip: Thank you. Looked at your blogs. You're in a great location for wildlife photography and have some very nice images posted. I'm slowly edging myself in the direction of doing a lot more wildlife and nature photos.
