Rural Texas Tour Image 15: High-Fenced Deer

This will be my last "tour" image. High-fenced refers to property with a 12 foot high fence intended to keep wild animals like deer inside the property boundaries.

The deer population has grown so much in the past ten years....and it can be dangerous at times!

@Lilly: Indeed. You have to be very careful on the country roads here at night. I sometimes pass 20-50 deer alongside the roadway; and I see dead dead alongside nearly every roadway nearly every day.

An enjoyable tour. On this one - I'd have cropped away both sides and the top to reduce the feel of clutter and more showcase your subjects much more. Just a thought.

@Stephen Phillips: You're probably right. I thought about it....even tried it, but I had an idea in my head that I should preserve some of the background brush. And this image is actually cropped and probably a poor compromise, since I couldn't really retain enough of the brush I'm talking about to work.
