Rockport: Fulton Pier

@MadScientist: Actually, there were some people coming off the pier just before I took this shot and they looked at me with suspicion. After all, this is America --who would take a photo of people on a pier except terrorists and perverts? And I wasn't even crouching....the pier was elevated relative to my position.
