A feel of great harmony here.
I think if I would make a camera fly like suggested in that article I would infringe upon at least a dozen German laws...

@MadScientist: But you can infringe as long as you don't break, right?
But you can infringe as long as you don't break, right? - That would be Rechtsbeugung (bending the law), you don't want to get caught when doing this. The English term 'perversion of justice' doesn't seem to be an adequate translation for this.

@MadScientist: Here we might say not following the "spirit" of the law. However, you can't be prosecuted for not following the spirit, only violating the "letter" of the law. Of course, this is only in theory, because in reality, you can be prosecuted for ANYTHING a prosecutor wants to prosecute you for, and there is a good chance if that happens you will even be convicted. Prosecutors here often make up their own laws --and I've no doubt it's the same in Germany. Unless you're wealthy and/or connected, the "law" is just a big casino, and if your number comes up, you're fucked.

The German Staatsanwalt is dependent on a long chain of disciplinarians, with the Minister of Justice on top. It's not so easy here to get marched off in handcuffs. :-)
